The ServSafe Food Manager Certification is a Food Service Sanitation Course developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, to provide certification for Food Service employees. Chef Chrissy Banks and Chef Elizabeth Sadi of Promise Culinary School staff are certified ServSafe instructors, who will teach this one-day training course of ServSafe material, that concludes with the ServSafe exam. This certification is good for 5 years and recognized nationwide by culinarians.
