Promise Culinary School is an affordable, hands on job training program located in New Brunswick, NJ.  We offer part time evening classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 5:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.  Classes are held for 17 weeks in length.  We offer 3 different programs, culinary fundamentals, classic baking and pastry skills and advanced cake decorating.
